Anyone else spend the majority of December resisting a self-shopping binge as they buy gifts for other people? Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the look on my friends and relatives faces when I get them something thoughtful and lovely, but there is something about this time of year that makes you feel like you deserve all of those 'girl, you've worked hard this year' treats-to-self.
I was never a big one for christmas lists - even as a kid I felt that the entitlement was a bit spoilt and I always liked a surprise or a small but sincere gift. That said, there's never any harm in giving people a few ideas of what's been lurking on my Pinterest board these past few weeks, or even to serve as a reminder to myself for all the things I need to search for on eBay when the festive hysteria dies down
Oh, the wonderfully cyclical nature of fashion!
